Process for Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Before shipping any equipment to Fann for repair, you must request a RMA number by using one of the contact methods beside. Please supply the following information when contacting us:

1. Your Name
   
2. Company Name
   
3. Complete shipping address for return of the equipment
4. All contact information, including phone numbers and email address
5. Description of work requested
